Nordic Congress of Pscychiatry

June 13 - 16, 2018

The Scientific Program Committee hereby announces Call for Symposia to the NCP2018.

We encourage submission of symposia within all clinical and scientific fields of psychiatry, and also plan to have a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry track daily.

A symposium lasts for 1½ hours and can include up to five presentations. We encourage transnational symposia, but national symposia will also be accepted.

Themes for symposia may be in the areas of affective disorders, psychotic disorders, stress related disorders, personality disorders, alcohol and substance abuse, eating disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. 

We also invite symposia focusing on basic research and special areas, crossing domains of disorders, addressing themes in neurobiology, neurocognition, genetics, psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, psychopathology, sexology, old age psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, psychotraumatology, telepsychiatry etc.

The application should comply with this format:

  • Title of symposium
  • Key words (maximum 3)
  • Name and title of chair person
  • Name and title of each speaker and title of presentation
  • A synopsis for the symposium with a max. of 250 words

If the symposium is accepted, individual abstracts for each presentation should be submitted via the congress website no later than February 15, 2018.
